Project Description:
The project included the construction of a £36 million state of the art roastery facility for Costa coffee. The 85,000 ft2 facility is the largest of its kind in Europe. A separate 110,000 ft2 warehouse was developed directly adjacent complete with car park and lorry docking facilities.
Richmond Civil Engineering Ltd was contracted to install the foundations, ducting, drainage and external works.
